Our Background
BioFlex was founded by mechanical engineers with over 14 years of combined hands-on experience across regulated and high-volume manufacturing environments in Ireland and Turkey. Our work history includes lead design roles at medical device manufacturers, food packaging system integrators, agri-industrial equipment builders, and robotic automation specialists.
That breadth is intentional. The same disciplines apply across all three sectors we serve: design for manufacture, tolerance stack-up analysis, ergonomic workbench layout, materials selection for hygienic environments, structural and thermal analysis. What changes is the regulatory framework and the customer's operating constraints, and our team is fluent in all three.
